Institutes will preview new upcoming PAC guidance from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education and discuss the nuts and bolts of PAC leadership. You will also experience “True Colors,” an exercise that will help you learn about your individual communication style and understand how people with differing styles interact.

PAC Leaders

Webinar 1 will teach PAC leaders how to design, conduct, analyze, and present surveys which accurately reflect the experiences of families whose children receive special education services. Webinar 2 will focus on Hispanic culture and help PAC leaders to understand how to be most effective in welcoming families of Hispanic background to participate and assume leadership roles in the PAC.
